The automatic pillow cover machine integrates the following core modules: feeding, dual-side edge finishing, dual-side sealed sewing, cross-sewing and collecting.
The feeding system includes material running-out detection, standalone material buffer and storage, fabric deflection correction, edge cutting and waste collection, and fabric roll connection functions.
The both-sides edge sewing mechanism provides continuous sewing processing for pillowcase production. Both sides are equipped with symmetric overlock machine heads. The mechanism includes cutting waste collection and thread breakage detection.
This mechanism uses a lockstitch sewing machine for fixed-length sewing, which comes with reinforced start and stop stitches, adjustable sealing size, and automatic thread trimming. Overlock machine performs edge-trimming and sewing on pillowcase edges, realizing the finishing cut, then stitching procedures.
Robotic arm coordinates with cross-sewing machine for fixed-length material feeding, stitching, and finished product stacking.
The pillowcase making machine is fully servo-controlled, and the FULI control system features can be customized according to customer requirements.
