Automated Quilting System for Bed Sheet Manufacturing
Video
Product Characteristics
The automated quilting system for bed sheet production integrates two primary operational units: longitudinal stitching systems and cross-hemming cutting assemblies. This modular design provides bed linen manufacturers with unprecedented production flexibility. Each subsystem functions as a standalone processing unit or synchronized component within comprehensive automated workflows.
Feeding Mechanism: The system provides a continuous supply of raw materials with the following functions: detecting material feeding shortages, independently storing materials and relaxing fabric, automatically correcting alignment, trimming edges, along with optional configurations including a semi-automatic fabric splicing machine, a fabric opening/spreading machine, and a waste collection box.
Longitudinal Sewing Mechanism: Constructed with a steel frame and comprising an adjustable side-seam sewing head, transmission system, and hemming components. Equipped with left and right-handed sewing heads. With thread-breakage detection and automatic shutdown upon thread failure. The sewing head includes an automatic lubrication system.
Buffer Mechanism: Used to match the longitudinal sewing mechanism and the traverse cutting mechanism so that they can work continuously.
Transverse Cutting Mechanism: Automatically cuts sewn fabrics longitudinally according to set length dimensions.
Transverse Sewing Mechanism: The traverse sewing mechanism ensures smooth fabric feeding to the machine head presser foot, featuring adjustable transverse conveying width. It integrates edge trimming and waste collection functions, while its automatic hemming mechanism enables simultaneous hemming on both sides of cut fabric pieces.
Control Mechanism: Full servo control of the entire machine. A modern touch-screen that allows you to easily operate the machine and monitor all settings.
